Carmen has always been passionate about home and interior design. “Dress for success” is her motto. She strongly believes that the place we live in, just like the way we dress, defines us and reveals a lot about ourselves. Carmen’s keen observation skills and sense of beauty have guided her career path. After a decade working for e-commerce giants as Home Furnishings and Decor Buyer, she decided to take a new direction in her professional life by becoming a Real Estate Agent in 2020. The need to improve her work-life balance was the driver of this change. Her desire to connect with clients on a deeper and more personal level has played an important role, too. Passion for homeworld and for human relationships led Carmen to focus primarily on residential properties in Thea Group.
