Roberto Vellotti

Roberto boasts a very special career path, which says a lot about his determination. After completing his law studies, he began his career as a civil lawyer, then he decided to listen to his true vocation, business, and attended a master’s degree in Real Estate at SDA Bocconi. This is his springboard into the real estate industry. He was first hired in a leading real estate consulting company in Milan, where he soon gained the trust of clients, establishing himself in the role of Advisor. Then, for seven years, he worked in one of the most important Italian real estate brokerage and integrated real estate service companies with commercial roles of increasing responsibility. In 2020, in the role of Country Manager, he opened and consolidated the Italian branch of an Austrian multinational real estate brokerage company. With the passing of time, Roberto increasingly focused on his area of specialization, mid-capital real estate, thus becoming a preferred interlocutor for family offices and institutions.
